International Leadership Assessment
Assessing the competence of existing and potential international leaders contributes to both selection and development processes. In selection, assessment helps evaluate the suitability of leaders for particular assignments. In development, it helps identify areas of potential leadership growth and feeds into personal and career development processes. It can also contribute to succession planning. The tools used in assessment include Provision Consulting’s Standard and International TAISs (a psychometric profiling inventory) and our web-based International 360° and International Leadership 360° profiles, as well as other psychometric instruments.
International Leadership Development
On the basis of our assessment of an individual’s international leadership competence, we will advise on the most effective means for their development. There are a number of routes to leadership development. These include special project work, action learning, shadowing, secondments, external seminars and training courses, coaching and mentoring. International Team Working Assessment

International Team Development
Working with operational teams we help develop competence, understanding and effective team skills. Provision Consulting can help establish new teams as well as assist with the development of collaboration within and between existing teams. We will work with individual team members or the whole team using day-to-day, work-based activity or off-sites such as creativity and planning sessions, appreciative inquiry, whole scale change summits, business simulations/ exercises, training programs or outdoor experiential learning activities. Our aim is to accelerate early team performance.
Professional team facilitation can help to keep agendas on track, change course when needed, resolve conflicts when they arise and permit the leader to interact as a participant. Facilitation may be part of a development solution for the team or used to help resolve specific work-related issues.
